A beautiful and distinct 1990’s Vacheron Constantin Overseas ref. 72040 in stainless steel with a radiant and striking blue sunburst dial and quartz movement.

Introduced in 1996, the Vacheron Constantin Overseas was one of the most iconic and standalone designs to come from any watchmaker in the 1990’s. With lineage directly linked to the famed ref. 222, this new integrated bracelet design dubbed “Overseas” harkens back proudly to that era.

Featuring a screw down crown, a date a 3 o’clock, and 150 meters of water resistance, this watch was and still is capable of withstanding loads of activity. There are few designs from the 1990s that are solidly from that decade and not purely iterative - this design is one of them.

This watch is running well and is sized for a 7.25 inch wrist.
